Reporting into the Store Manager, the Head Stylist leads from the front in the operations of the salon and has extensive knowledge of grooming. You’ll have a passion for developing our people, with a desire to pass on knowledge and encourage progression with our salon teams. 
 
Having a real eye for detail, you’ll have the highest possible standards for our customers, delivering amazing service and ensuring they leave with the intent to come back. 

All that begins with supporting your team - training, motivating and engaging them to ensure the salon is always immaculately presented, cleanliness is maintained, safety comes first and housekeeping is carried out to the highest standards.
