Guided by your Head Stylist, you’ll actively build rapport with our customers, advising on the best grooming process for their pets needs and support with developing the skills of your team, to ensure our customers always want to come back.

All that begins with supporting your team - training, motivating and engaging them to ensure the salon is always immaculately presented, cleanliness is maintained, safety comes first and housekeeping is carried out to the highest standards.
