About the Role:

We are looking for a talented FP&A Manager to join our team and provide essential financial analysis and reporting to support key decision-making across the business. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll play a pivotal role in strategic planning, forecasting and delivering valuable insights that drive business performance.

This role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire (two days per week in the office).

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to Executive team members to support strategic decisions
  • Prepare business plans, reforecasts and strategic planning documents for board presentations
  • Partner with budget holders to develop accurate forecasts for the Central function
  • Lead the production of periodic board packs with in-depth commentary for CFO review
  • Support Investor Relations by preparing quarterly financial information for external announcements
  • Oversee the period-end process, including balance sheet reviews and cost analysis for specific budget lines
  • Work with divisional teams and the group FP&A function to create detailed, actionable insights on financial and non-financial metrics
  • Provide up-to-date financial information for fortnightly rolling reforecasts to aid decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: ACCA or equivalent, with 3+ years post-qualification experience
  • Similar Experience: Ideally you’ll have experience from of operating in a role of similar level within FP&A, Management Accounts and / or Commercial Finance
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Communication Skills: Confident in presenting financial insights to senior leaders
  • Focus on Delivery: Flexible, deadline-driven and committed to high-quality outputs
