Our colleagues in CRM develop, manage and grow our Customer Relationship programmes, helping us, our suppliers and partners to better understand and communicate with our customers. That includes writing to our pets directly – they do come first after all.

And they do it so well, they’ve won awards, including best national specialist consumer magazine, My VIP, and multiple industry awards for best loyalty club. The My VIP magazine, the UK’s biggest pet owners’ publication with a print run of 600,000 copies, is also complemented by our VIP app, which is truly unique in the marketplace.

There are already more than 6 million pet owners and 12 million pets in our VIP Club, and our CRM team keeps them up to date, engaged with personalised content and offers, and benefiting from targeted programmes that make sure we connect effectively with our most loyal customers.

Within the team, there are opportunities for specialists in direct communications, content development, digital engagement, customer analytics and insight, and supplier relations.
