Our Fulfilment and Distribution Centres in Stafford, Stoke and Northampton are fast-paced and friendly places to work. Here, people from diverse backgrounds work together to make sure we deliver all the things our stores need to keep pets happy and healthy, and their owners keen to come back to us again and again. There’s a real team spirit that comes from working together to meet our targets.

We like to think of our teams as the engine that drives customer delight. They have the really crucial role of picking, packing and wrapping our varied range of pet products for individual customers and also for our stores.  Knowing that you’re getting everything ready to be delivered to order and on time can be a real buzz, but it’s also quite demanding, so we’ll support you to be at your best each and every day. 

Take up our offer of training and you’ll have opportunities to gain your Low Level Order Picker (LLOP), reach truck and counterbalance licences. You’ll start with an in-depth, 12-week programme when you first get here to help you work with confidence and get up to speed.  

After that, you can look forward to ongoing learning opportunities to help you grow your skills and, if you’d like to, move your career forward with us. That includes our Rising Stars programme, which could open up new roles to you in our Distribution Centres and across the wider Group.
