We believe in delivering exceptional service
Join us in supporting pets and the people who love them
Our Customer Service team has grown rapidly over the past three years, from a team of just 12 to a flourishing team of 115. With their passion for pet care, they’re able to deal with all kinds of customer queries and issues. Whether it’s on the phone or online, they have all the resources and information they need at their fingertips to respond quickly and accurately, and deliver a great pet experience.
We go even further to make sure our customers are happy. Every day we gather and analyse vital data that helps the business get better. We also drive innovations such as online self-service and dynamic FAQs, to allow customers and colleagues to interact with us more smoothly.
Join us, and you can look forward to a competitive salary and hours that fit around your other commitments. We offer evening and weekend shifts which are popular with college and university students. Meanwhile, our investment in new technology has allowed our team to work from home during the pandemic. Homeworking is something we’ll continue to offer too, with the option for people to come into the office when they choose to.
We look for people who can combine great customer service skills with empathy and an ability to adapt to different situations. You’ll be comfortable handling all kinds of customer queries and issues on the phone and through online channels, responding promptly and thoroughly to help us build great customer loyalty and enhance our brand’s reputation.
If that sounds like you, this is an opportunity to be part of an empowering and supportive team – a team that will give you a great platform for developing and progressing your career in Customer Service, and across the Group.
