It’s no overstatement to say that our Visual Merchandising team inspire and excite customers by creating entertainment in our retail environments.
To engage and inspire shoppers, they work as a team with Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain, Macro Space and Retail department colleagues to produce high quality Planograms; using business insight to develop the best merchandising solution for our stores and customers.
The hub of the cross-functional team, they keep everyone moving in the right direction, ensuring the most profitable products are ranged in the right stores with the correct number of facings.
Your training starts from day one, with a full three month induction programme that takes in merchandising principles, VM processes and CAD systems, plus working in store for two days. Once you’re comfortable and confident, you can look ahead to career development, following the structure that’s already in place. Your development and learning through internal and external leadership programmes is actively encouraged and supported e.g. Leading The Way, Gritty People, and internal coaching and mentoring programmes.
