SALARY - £27,300

SHIFT PATTERN - MON-FRI 06.00-14.00 (SOME FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED)

Right now we have an opportunity for an MHE Trainer to join our busy training team at Stafford DC
The MHE Trainer will deliver MHE training to the national standards to all new and existing colleagues in the DC that have training requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Level 3 Reach or Counter balance trained & licenced
• The drive to work independently and flexibly across all shifts
• A methodical approach with great attention to detail.
• A desire to develop colleagues within our DC network
• A natural flare for training and teaching others
• Patience and commitment to ensure colleagues reach their full potential
• The ability to ensure training plans are followed and prioritised in relation to the needs of the operation
• The ability to ensure relevant documentation is complete and filed correctly for all training given
• The passion to always ensure that, the health and safety at work act is adhered to and any unsafe situation is reported immediately
• The desire to attend training courses in line with role and ensure the company is kept up to date with current legislation and any changes to law
• The ability to ensure standards are being met in relation to MHE operations
• Flexibility both in terms of duties within the operation and hours of work
